Conservas de Cambados - Tinned Seafood

The seas off the coast of Galicia in Northwest Spain are cool and rich in nutrients, making them an incredible fishing ground. Conservas de Cambados is located close to one of Spain’s largest Rías (Estuaries), known as the “Ría de Arousa”. Their facilities are very close to where the seafood is harvested, so they are able to use the freshest squid and shellfish available.

Small Sardines
These sardines have been hand selected for quality and size and prepared with olive oil. They stand out for their silver appearance and magnificent presentation; bright and tasty, with a soft and juicy texture to showcase this traditional delicacy. Its flavor increases with the passage of time, due to the rest and maturation that occurs during the process.

Small tender scallops that are a favorite in Galicia in Northwest Spain. They are prepared in a tomato, paprika sauce called 'salsa Gallega.'

Tuna Belly Fillets
The Ventresca is taken from fresh-caught bonito from the north coast of Galicia (Puerto de Burela). It is the most tender and juicy part of the tuna, and its delicate layers are carefully canned by artisans. Olive oil is then added for extra flavor that improves with the passage of time.
