Great for beginners and experienced home bakers alike.\u003cbr\u003eHeld on a Sunday from 3-6:30pm\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn this workshop, we will make the rustic sourdough bread recipe that was the basis of Gusto Bread’s humble beginnings. We will also cover topics such as sourdough starter maintenance, selecting flours, loaf scoring and stencil advice, and home oven tips and tricks. Plus, there will be time for Q\u0026amp;A for any baking questions you may have!\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWalk away with a freshly baked loaf of bread + dough prepared in class to bake at home! We will also provide a recipe booklet, Gusto’s own sourdough starter, a reusable bread basket, 1kilo of bread flour, AND the hands-on knowledge to continue baking at home! \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eLight meal will be provided.
