Doña (strawberry pitaya jam)

A twice baked concha with a swirl of jam and house made roasted almond cream infused with @venturaspirits prickly pear brandy and topped with almendras + powdered cane.

A rich and sophisticated lady. She usually only makes appearances on weekends, but we've talked her into a visit for this week Thursday deliveries so you're welcome. 😉
