Dorado Loaf

Named after the golden yellow hue of its crumb.

The whole grain Durum flour (50%) gives this loaf a silky and super bouncy chew that invokes the vibes of fresh pasta, along with a nice popping texture of the plump golden flax seeds. Our lightly colored loaf challenges the idea that whole grain or healthy bread is exclusive to brown or dark wheat breads.

This item is made with masa madre which means it is naturally leavened and fermented with sourdough.  Think of sourdough/masa madre as a method of cultivating wild yeasts for baking rather than just bread with a tangy/sour flavor.
